Sig Libowitz, attorney, Venable LLC and writer/producer/actor, "The Response". After the screening of "The Response" at the Pentagon, Mr. Libowitz was invited to serve as a legal observer to the military commissions at Guantanamo Bay along with Professor Hansen.

Brigadier General James P. Cullen, attorney, Anderson Kill & Olick. He is a retired officer who met with President Bush before and after his election, along with other retired generals, regarding prisoner abuse concerns. Brigadier General Cullen was also one of the retired officers who requested Justice Scalia's recusal from Hamdan v. Rumsfeld.

Pardiss Kebriaei, attorney, Center for Constitutional Rights. Mr. Kebriaei is counsel in cases involving US detention and targeting policies post 9/11.

Professor Victor Hansen, professor at New England Law | Boston and a former JAG Corp Officer. Professor Hansen was regional defense counsel for the US Army, Trial Defense Service. Additionally, he was invited to serve as a legal observer to the military commissions at Guantanamo Bay along with Mr. Libowitz.
